Refund Policy

1. Eligibility

PropsMadness offers refunds within 7 days of purchase. To be eligible, the refund request must be submitted within 7 days of the original transaction.

2. How to Request a Refund

To request a refund, contact us at hello@propsmadness.com with your account email and the date of purchase. We will process your request within 5 business days.

3. Refund Method

Refunds will be issued to the original payment method. Processing times may vary depending on your bank or payment provider.

4. Non-Refundable Cases

Refunds will not be issued in the following cases:

• Requests made more than 7 days after purchase
• Accounts that have been terminated for violating our Terms and Conditions
• Where we detect abuse of the refund policy, including but not limited to multiple refund requests across accounts by the same individual. PropsMadness reserves the right to deny refund requests in such cases.
